At xTool, we stand behind the quality of our laser cutters and engravers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your machine within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our standard restocking terms.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official help center with your order number and the serial number of your xTool device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the machine in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to xTool
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you retain a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
